The liquor authority for each state has different requirements for the personal information that must be collected. All information is secure and protected using the latest security technology.
All users are required to provide an email address when registering. Should you not have an email address, you may set up a new email account using one of the popular email providers including Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook. All of these provide an email address for free and it takes just a couple of minutes to set up.
A discount code may be used by entering the code on the checkout page.
An 'Access Code' is a code that is provided to you by your employer if they pre-purchased the training on your behalf. If your employer did not provide this code to you, simply leave this field empty when registering for your training.
Personal validation questions are used to verify that the person taking the course is actually the person who registered for the alcohol server seller training course. You may update/change you personal validation question answers through your profile page.
Yes. You may pay now and return to continue your course at any time. Access to any course is available up to 90-days after course is purchased or has been first accessed.
No. You can stop and start training as needed. The site tracks your progress and will remember exactly where you left off.
This system was developed to work on all devices, operating systems and browser programs. Should you experience technical difficulties, it is recommended that you try a different browser program just in case there are any conflicting extensions installed on your device. Ex: You are having trouble using Google Chrome, try switching to Internet Explorer.
Most courses include full audio narration, but not all. Please check the Course Description for your state to learn if your course includes full audio narration.
If the course description does state that there is audio, please check your speakers and be sure your volume is turned up.
You may also try logging out and logging back into the training or try using a different browser program.
You will have access to your training course for 90 days from the date you first gained access to any course. You will need to reset your account through your profile page to access the training (course will be reset and you will start training from the beginning)
On some operating systems/browser programs, you may need to zoom your screen to 100% or lower for the toolbar to appear at the bottom of the course player. You will also want to be sure to scroll down on some quizzes to find the 'Submit' button to submit your answers.
If this does not work, try logging out and logging back in. You may also try using a different browser program.
Please use the Forgot Your Password link found on the Log-in page to recover a lost password. You may also contact us to reset your password if you like.
While not common, there are situations where a user enters the wrong email address when registering. If you did not receive the confirmation email when you registered initially and the lost password feature is not working for you, please use the Contact Us page so that we may reset your email address.
The course can take up to 30 seconds to load the first time on your device. Should the course not load within this timeframe, please try a different browser. This will typically take care of any instances of the course not loading.
If you are unable to access the final exam after completing the course, please go back through each section and look for any slides missing the green check-mark. Once you locate the slide missing the check-mark, go to the slide preceding that slide and click through until all slides show the check-mark. Please note that quizzes and role-playing slides will not show the check-mark.
If you still are experiencing difficulty accessing the final exam, please contact us.
If your employer has pre-purchased training for you, he/she will either (1) send you an email invitation (where you will click the link in the email to complete registration), or (2) they will provide you with an Access Code which you will need to enter on the Purchase Course page. You will NOT be able to log in unless one of these 2 options is used.
Once your account has been unlocked, it is recommended that you update your security validation answers to avoid answering these questions incorrectly moving forward.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You will enter your payment information on the payment screen when registering for your course.
There are several reasons a payment may not go through. To help protect your account, our system uses a complex screening process for payments. This helps prevent lost or stolen financial information from being used for unauthorized transactions. Occasionally, payments that don’t go through could be tied to a specific issue with your bank or card.
If your payment was declined, please try another form of payment.
If you see an 'NA' under the 'status' column under your purchases on your profile page, this would indicate that an invalid card number, expiration date, security code or billing address was entered.
If you see an 'X' under the 'status' column, this would indicate that the card was declined due to insufficient funds.
You have not been charged if you see the 'NA' or the 'X' under the status column.
If you are having trouble with any purchase, please contact us to request that we send you an electronic invoice which you may pay online. Once we receive payment, we will add your course to your profile and email you with confirmation.
For refunds requested placed within ten (10) calendar days of purchase, one hundred percent (100%) of the course fee shall be refunded, provided Student has not accessed the training course. Once any course has been accessed, no refunds are available. To request a refund, email contact@LIQUORexam.com and include the user ID, transaction ID and your full name. Refunds are processed within 72-hours.
This payment will appear as Affordable Alcohol Training or LIQUOREXAMALASKATAP on your bank or credit card statement.
Yes. You may pay now and return to continue your course at any time. Access to any course is available up to 90-days after course is purchased or has been begun.
If you believe that you have been over-charged, please contact us so that we may investigate an issue a reversal of funds if it is found that there was in fact a double charge.
Please contact us if you still have difficulty accessing the final exam.
Please check the Course Description for your state to see how long any certificate is valid.
Should you fail the final exam, you may reset your course through your profile page to reset your account. You may also contact us so that we may reset your account. At that point, we will update your account so that you may retake training and access the final exam again at no charge (for most courses).
If you have failed the PA RAMP training, you will need to contact us so that we may reset your course for you.
You may re-purchase the training by logging in and going to your profile page. From there, look for the name of your course, and then to the far right where you will see the word, 'REPURCHASE'. By clicking on this, your previous training record will be permanently removed from our system and you will be able to repurchase your training.
Your certificate of completion is emailed to you once you pass the final exam and is also available to download through your profile page (look to the right of the name of your course for the 'Download Certificate' button). Please contact us if you are unable to locate your certificate. You must have a PDF reader installed to view your certificate. Visit https://get.adobe.com/reader/ to download Adobe Reader.
For many courses, additional personal information is required in order for us to submit your training record to the liquor authority and therefore must be entered PRIOR to your certificate being generated by the system. Following the Exam is a form for you to enter your personal information.
You must fill in this form and click 'submit' for your certificate to generate by the system.If you are having difficulties with this, log back in and access your course through your profile page (click on the name of the course), then click the 'Take Training' button, then click the 'Take Quiz' button. You will then be presented with the form to complete.

Once you start the final exam, you may not leave or navigate away from the screen or browser window for any reason. If you navigate away from the screen or minimize the browser window at any time during the final exam, this will count as a failed attempt. This also applies to logging out or turning off your computer/device while taking the final exam.
Some courses have a time limit on the final exam (as noted on the screen that appears prior to the first exam question). If you do not complete the final exam within this time limit, this will count as a failed attempt.
If you have failed the final exam the maximum number of times, you may reset your course through your profile page to regain access to the training and final exam. Once a course has been reset, you will be required to complete the training prior to gaining access to the final exam.
Should you need a replacement Washington MAST permit that has been issued, you may CLICK HERE TO PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER so that we may send you a replacement MAST permit. There is a fee of $7.00 for a replacement MAST permit.
Should you need your Washington MAST permit sent 2-3 day RUSH mail, you may CLICK HERE TO PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER so that we may RUSH your MAST permit (2-3 day USPS). There is a fee of $35.00 for 2-3 day rush MAST permit shipping.
Prior to completing this course, you will need to create an account on the California RBS Portal at https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov/ to obtain your “Server ID”. You will need your Server ID to provide at the end of this course so that we may report your training to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Within 24-hours of completing your RBS training on this site, we will report your training to the ABC. You will then log into the ABC Portal to access the ABC administered Final Exam.
We offer owners and managers the ability to register and pay for their employees to take training. Please visit the Corporate Solutions Page or contact us for details.
For business accounts with over 100 employees, we can set up open ended billing where you provide an Access Code to your staff and we run your credit card or bill you at the end of each month. Please contact us to request an open-ended Corporate Account.
An email address may only be assigned to one account type. If you would like to move from a standard student account to an Owner/Manager account type. please contact us so that we may reset your account so that you may re-register with the correct account type.
If any employee already has created an account on our system, they will not be able to receive any training invitation from an employer. Have the employee contact us to request that we clear their account.
There is no waiting period. Once you register your Corporate Account, and purchase Course Credits, you will be able to add or invite employees immediately.
Employees may need to look in their SPAM folder to locate the Training Invitation email. Download the instructions on How to Accept an Invitation on our ‘How it Works' page.
Yes, we now offer the ability to add employees using their mobile telephone number. When you add an employee to the system through your profile page, simply enter the employees name, email address AND their mobile number, then click the 'Invite Employee using Email & SMS' button. Your employee will then receive an email AND a text message with a link to accept the training.
Another option is to add your employee using by using their mobile phone number so that they receive a text message with the invitation to take the training. If you added your employee using only their email address and they are telling you that they have not received the training invitation, simply use the 'Cancel Invitation' button located next to their name on your profile. This will remove the employee from the system and credit your account for the unused course credit. Then again add your employee but include their mobile number and then click the 'Invite Employee using Email & SMS' button. Your employee will then receive an email AND a text message with a link to accept the training.
Only the most recent 'Training Invitation' email link will work (after clicking on the link, employee should land on a page asking for their new password, birth date, phone number and answers to set for the course security questions). Keep in mind that only the MOST RECENT training invitation email link will work - if you used the 'Resend Invitation' feature to resend their training invitation, only the most recent email link will work.
This may also happen if the employee has already accepted the invitation but forgot that they have completed this. If you have trouble or questions regarding this, please contact us.
Yes. Any course that has not been started is eligible to be re-assigned to another employee. Use the 'Cancel Invitation' link through your profile page and your account will be credited automatically.
