We aim to make policies clear and student-friendly. This page outlines how pricing, access windows, deadlines, cancellations, and refunds work across our courses.

Course Fees & Payment

• Current fees are posted on each course’s description page.
• Payment is due at enrollment using the payment options shown at checkout.

Access & Deadlines

• Immediate access: Courses unlock as soon as payment is processed.
• Student Profile: Access your training from your Profile → My Courses at any time during your access window.
• Email confirmation: You’ll receive a receipt/confirmation after enrollment.
• Access window: You have 90 days from purchase to complete the course at your pace.
• Course completion: Some programs require finishing lessons, quizzes, and/or a final exam—please follow on-screen requirements.
• Learner responsibility: Plan your schedule to meet any listed deadlines within your 90-day window.

Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

• Timing: Request a refund within the first 14 calendar days from your purchase date.
• Progress limit: You must not have completed any entire lesson nor accessed any end-of-section quiz or exam.
• How to request: Email contact@LIQUORexam.com within the 14-day window.

Refund Processing

• Processing time: Approved refunds are issued within 72 hours.
• Method: Refunded to the original payment method.
• Notification: We’ll email you once the refund has been processed.

* Purchases through corporate accounts are final and non-refundable.
* Fees paid for PVC wallet cards and physical certificates are non-refundable once mailed.
