- You have two attempts to pass the final exam. If you do not achieve the passing score on your first attempt, there is no need to retake the entire training program. You can simply retake the exam to improve your score.

- Once you successfully pass the exam, you will be awarded the Food Handler Certificate, which remains valid for a period of two years. After the expiration of your certificate, you will need to renew your certificate by retaking this training and passing the final exam.
